Talent Management spans the full external workforce lifecycle - from sourcing and recruitment through to compliance, onboarding, and candidate care. In this function, you will work across a range of specialist disciplines: sourcing and screening candidates across global markets, managing pre-employment screening and right-to-work compliance, coordinating contractor onboarding and documentation, supporting supply chain and audit activity, and maintaining the data integrity that underpins every placement. Roles include Recruiter, Senior Recruiter, Recruiter Team Leader, Compliance Coordinator, and Operations Coordinator - with scope to specialize in recruitment delivery, compliance and PES, or operational coordination depending on your background. Operating from the Hyderabad GCC, you will work closely with onshore account teams and hiring managers across UK&I, Europe, Americas, and Asia-Pacific, contributing to service standards that matter to real clients in real time. Role Overview:
The Senior Recruiter - US is responsible for the end-to-end sourcing and fulfilment of recruitment requirements within the US market, supporting the GCC's for US delivery capability. The role requires a strong understanding of the local talent landscape, sourcing channels, and candidate engagement practices. Operating with a higher degree of autonomy than a standard Recruiter, the Senior Recruiter - US manages more complex or niche assignments and acts as a subject matter expert for US-based hiring activity.
Key Responsibilities:
US Market Sourcing:
- Lead sourcing activity for US-based roles using domestic job boards, LinkedIn, referral networks, and targeted headhunting.
- Develop a strong understanding of the US talent market across relevant disciplines to advise on availability, rates, and timelines.
- Build and maintain curated talent pools of US-based candidates across key skill areas.
Utilize the full technology suite including ATS, VMS, and LinkedIn to optimize fulfilment for US-based requirements.
Screening & Submission:
- Screen and qualify candidates against role requirements, with a focus on US specific skills, cultural fit, and right to work.
- Prepare and submit CVs in client-specific formats, ensuring quality and compliance at every stage.
- Manage assigned roles end-to-end with greater autonomy, including more complex or niche requisitions.
- Ensure all candidate documentation is fully compliant and accurately recorded in the ATS.
Candidate & Stakeholder Management:
- Maintain high-quality candidate engagement throughout the recruitment lifecycle, acting as a trusted point of contact.
- Coordinate interviews, provide briefings, manage feedback loops, and support offer and onboarding processes.
- Build strong working relationships with onshore hiring managers and account teams for US-based roles.
- Act as a point of expertise for US market knowledge, sharing insights with the wider team.
Performance & KPIs:
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly KPI targets including calls logged, CVs submitted, conversion ratios, and talent pool growth.
- Consistently meet or exceed fill rate expectations across all assigned US-based accounts.
- Respond to all candidate enquiries within a 24-hour period.
- Contribute to weekly KPI reviews and provide market insight to the Country Manager.
Systems & Compliance:
- Ensure 100% accurate and timely data entry across all systems including Bullhorn and VMS platforms.
- Adhere to all data privacy, compliance, and operational standards relevant to US labour and hiring practices.
- Pass new business leads and market intelligence to the appropriate manager promptly.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Proven experience in a recruitment or talent acquisition role, ideally within the US market.
- Strong knowledge of US-based sourcing channels, job boards, and candidate engagement practices.
- Experience managing complex or niche recruitment assignments independently.
- Familiarity with ATS and VMS platforms (e.g. Bullhorn) is advantageous.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
- Understanding of US labour practices and hiring compliance requirements.
