Salary: 15 K - 20 K
Timing: 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM
About the RoleWe are looking for a Recruiter with prior experience hiring for digital marketing agency roles. The ideal candidate should understand the skill sets, tools, and portfolio requirements needed to evaluate creative and technical marketing candidates effectively — and should be able to independently source, screen, and shortlist candidates for niche marketing profiles.
- Handle end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer follow-up) for digital marketing agency vacancies.
- Source and hire for the following profiles:
Graphic Designer
Video Editor
SEO Executive
GMB (Google My Business) Specialist
SMM (Social Media Marketing) Executive
WordPress Developer/ Website Design Development
UI / UX Designer
- Screen resumes and portfolios to assess design/technical quality and relevance.
- Conduct initial HR/technical screening calls to evaluate candidates' tool proficiency and work experience.
- Post job openings on job portal LinkedIn and manage inbound applications.
- Coordinate with hiring managers/creative heads for interview scheduling and feedback.
- Maintain and update the recruitment on excel.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for recurring agency roles.
- Negotiate offers and support onboarding coordination.
- Prior recruitment experience in a digital marketing agency or similar creative/tech hiring environment.
- Working knowledge of tools relevant to the profiles being hired, including: Figma (for Graphic Designer evaluation)
- Adobe After Effects (for Video Editor evaluation)
- Adobe Illustrator (for Graphic Designer evaluation)
- Basic understanding of SEO, GMB optimization, and SMM concepts to assess candidate suitability.
- Familiarity with WordPress developer hiring requirements (basic understanding of themes, plugins, and site builds is a plus).
- Ability to review portfolios/showreels critically for design and video quality.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1–2 years of recruitment experience, preferably within a digital marketing or creative agency.
- Prior exposure to high-volume, fast-paced hiring for creative/technical roles.
- Opportunity to work closely with creative and marketing teams.
