 Duration: e.g., 3–6 Months

Employment Type: Internship (Full-Time)

Stipend: 5 K - 7 K

Timing: 1:00 PM - 10:00 PM

About the Role

We are looking for a Recruiter Intern who has a basic understanding of digital marketing concepts and roles. Since our agency hires for creative and technical marketing positions, we need someone who can genuinely understand the job requirements — not just match keywords — in order to source and shortlist the right candidates for each role.

This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to build a career in HR/Talent Acquisition within a digital marketing agency environment, and who is curious about how marketing teams work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities: sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates.
  • Understand and interpret hiring requirements for digital marketing roles such as: Graphic Designer
  • Video Editor
  • SEO Executive
  • GMB (Google My Business) Specialist
  • SMM (Social Media Marketing) Executive
  • WordPress Developer
  • PPC/Performance Marketing Executive
  • Content Writer
  • Post job openings on job Linkedin.
  • Screen resumes and portfolios based on role-specific requirements (e.g., checking design quality, SEO knowledge, or SMM campaign experience).
  • Conduct initial telephonic/video screening calls to assess candidate fit.
  • Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Support employer branding activities (job postings, career page updates, social hiring posts).
  • Learn to identify red flags and quality indicators specific to digital marketing profiles.

Required Skills & Knowledge

  • Basic understanding of digital marketing fundamentals — SEO, SMM, Google My Business, PPC, content marketing, and website/WordPress basics.
  • Awareness of common digital marketing tools (e.g., Figma, Canva, Adobe Illustrator, After Effects, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite) — even at a conceptual level.
  • Good communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Strong willingness to learn recruitment processes and marketing terminology.
  • Basic proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Ability to read and evaluate portfolios, showreels, or campaign case studies is a plus.
Who Should Apply

  • Students or fresh graduates from Marketing, Mass Communication, HR, or Business Administration backgrounds.
  • Candidates who have done a digital marketing course/certification (Google, HubSpot, Meta Blueprint, etc.) are strongly preferred.
  • Anyone with prior exposure to digital marketing — through coursework, personal projects, freelancing, or internships — even without direct recruitment experience.
What You'll Gain

  • Hands-on training in end-to-end recruitment processes.
  • Deep understanding of how a digital marketing agency operates and hires.
  • Mentorship from experienced HR and marketing professionals.
  • Certificate of Internship and potential for full-time conversion based on performance.
