Position: US Dental Recruiter

Shift: US Night Shift

Experience: 1+ Years (US Staffing)

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and recruit US dental professionals.
• Hire for roles including Dentists, Dental Hygienists, Dental Assistants, Office Managers, Lab Technicians, and other dental support positions.
• Utilize ATS, LinkedIn, job portals, and other sourcing channels.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain candidate relationships.
• Build a strong candidate pipeline and achieve recruitment targets.
• Maintain accurate ATS records and ensure timely candidate submissions.

Requirements:

• Experience in US Staffing is mandatory.
• US Dental Recruitment experience is preferred.
• US Healthcare Recruiters are also encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication, sourcing, and negotiation skills.
• Hands-on experience with ATS and job portals such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Monster, Dice, and CareerBuilder.
