Veracity Software Inc. is seeking a motivated and results-driven Healthcare Recruiter to join our growing US Healthcare Recruitment team. This role is ideal for professionals who are passionate about talent acquisition and have experience recruiting healthcare professionals for the U.S.
market.
The recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and submitting qualified candidates while maintaining strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- 1–5+ years of experience in US Healthcare Recruitment.
- Experience recruiting for Hospitals, Healthcare Systems, Clinics, or Healthcare Staffing agencies.
- Strong understanding of US Healthcare job titles and staffing requirements.
- Experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, JobDiva or similar recruiting platforms.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong interviewing, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Comfortable working US Night Shift.
- Source, identify, and recruit qualified healthcare professionals for permanent (direct-hire) positions across the United States.
- Recruit for senior and leadership healthcare roles including Nursing Director, RN Director, Nurse Manager, Director of Case Management, Pharmacy Director, Surgery Center Administrator, Chief Nursing Officer, Behavioral Health Leaders, and other hospital leadership positions.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing and screening through offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, JobDiva, job boards, referrals, Boolean searches, and networking.
- Conduct detailed candidate interviews to evaluate clinical expertise, leadership experience, licensure, certifications, compensation expectations, and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of passive and active candidates for difficult-to-fill healthcare leadership and executive positions.
- Prepare high-quality candidate summaries and submission packages that align with client requirements and hiring expectations.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hospital leadership teams while ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
