As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and retaining top talent to help our organization achieve its strategic goals. You will work closely with hiring managers and HR professionals to understand staffing needs, source candidates, and manage the entire recruitment process.

- Handling End-to-End recruitment cycle using Top grading hiring methodology.
- Work closely with Hiring managers, BU Leaders, and stakeholders to design a comprehensive recruitment strategy.
- Source and attract top talent through various channels, Screen, and interview candidates to assess qualifications and cultural fit and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Prepare comprehensive job scorecards for open positions for efficient evaluation of the candidate.
- Manage the offer process, including negotiation and communication for shortlisted candidates.
- Maintain accurate candidate data for MIS in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines while working with multiple positions at any given point in time.
- Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process including but not limited to establishing and maintaining strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
- Maintain confidentiality and ethical standards in all hiring interactions.
- 2- 5 years of experience in end-to-end IT recruitment, preferably with a reputable staffing firm or Internal hiring.
- Strong experience of using multiple job portals.
- Strong knowledge of IT concepts and the latest recruiting trends in IT hiring.
- Demonstrated proficiency in sourcing and hiring candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other creative sourcing techniques.
- A proven track record of meeting or exceeding hiring targets in a timely manner.
- Expertise in using ATS preferably KEKA
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, ability to communicate with candidates, clients, and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred
