Job Description
We are looking for a highly driven and result-oriented Sales Recruiter with 5–8 years of experience in hiring sales professionals for Data Analytics, AI/ML, SaaS, and Software Product organizations. The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of sales hiring across various levels and have a proven track record of closing critical positions within defined turnaround times (TATs).
The role requires expertise in sourcing, screening, stakeholder management, recruitment tools, candidate assessment methodologies, and offer-to-joining conversion management.
Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for mid to senior-level Sales roles, including SDRs, BDRs, Account Executives, Enterprise Sales Managers, Regional/National Sales Managers, Sales Directors, and Revenue Leadership positions.
- Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand hiring requirements and ensure timely closure of positions within defined TATs.
- Source and attract top talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, referrals, networking, and talent mapping.
- Conduct competency-based interviews and evaluate candidates on sales capabilities, domain expertise, leadership skills, and cultural fit.
- Design and administer assessment exercises, including role plays, case studies, presentations, and behavioral evaluations.
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding, including offer negotiation and joining conversion.
- Maintain recruitment MIS, ATS records, hiring dashboards, and pipeline reports.
- Provide market intelligence, salary benchmarking, and talent insights to stakeholders.
- Build strong talent pipelines and deliver an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- 5–8 years of experience in Sales Hiring within Data Analytics, AI/ML, SaaS, Software Product, or Technology companies.
- Proven track record of closing mid and senior-level sales positions within aggressive timelines.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales functions, enterprise sales structures, and revenue-driven roles.
