Senior HR Recruiter - US Home Healthcare Staffing

Experience: 5 plus years in US recruitment

Shift: US Shift (Night Shift - aligned to US time zones)

We need a high performance US Healthcare Recruiter who can hire fast, hire smart, and build a strong caregiver pipeline consistently.

This is not a coordination role. This is a target driven, closure focused recruitment role where speed, follow up, and ownership matter.

If you can handle volume hiring, reduce no shows, and deliver under pressure during US working hours, this role is for you.

What You Will Own

• End to end hiring of caregivers, CNAs, HHAs, and PCAs for US home healthcare clients

• Build and maintain a ready to deploy caregiver database

• Close urgent and replacement positions within tight timelines

• Screen candidates for reliability, shift flexibility, and commitment

• Ensure strong follow ups to reduce drop offs and last minute cancellations

• Drive daily, weekly, and monthly hiring targets

• Coordinate directly with US clients and internal operations team

• Work in US shift to ensure real time communication and faster closures

What We Expect

• 5 plus years in US recruitment

• Proven experience in healthcare or caregiver staffing

• Strong sourcing skills across portals, referrals, and databases

• Ability to close positions quickly

• Experience handling high volume requirements

• Comfortable working in US shift
