This is a full-time, on-site position based in Lucknow for a Digital Marketing Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and executing digital marketing strategies to build brand awareness, generate leads, and drive business growth. Day-to-day tasks include managing social media channels, designing and analyzing online marketing campaigns, tracking website performance using analytics tools, developing creative content, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.

• Expertise in Digital Marketing, Online Marketing, and Social Media Marketing
• Proficiency in Web Analytics tools and methods to measure and optimize campaign performance
• Strong Communication skills to engage with team members, create compelling content, and understand audience needs
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategies accordingly
• Familiarity with SEO best practices and marketing platforms
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
• Ability to work collaboratively and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
