Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Mumbai for a Regional Sales Manager (West India) in Kentro Spine. The role involves driving sales growth, managing regional sales operations, and developing meaningful relationships with clients and stakeholders. Responsibilities also include team leadership, strategy implementation, market analysis, achieving targets, and identifying new opportunities to expand the business.


Qualifications

  • Sales & Business Development: Strong track record in regional sales management, business development, and achieving sales targets.
  • Market Analysis & Strategic Planning: Proficiency in market research, strategizing, and implementing sales plans to drive regional growth.
  • Leadership & Communication: Ability to lead and motivate sales teams, strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, and excellent communication abilities.
  • Medical Devices Expertise: Sound knowledge of medical devices, especially in areas such as spine implants and interventional cardiology, is highly desirable.
  • Time Management & Problem-Solving: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities effectively and solve problems in fast-paced environments.
  • Professional Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, or related field; MBA is an advantage but not mandatory.
  • Experience: Proven experience in sales and marketing within the medical devices industry.
