Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Manager – Sales to lead hotel sales initiatives within our BPO operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving corporate client engagement, managing B2B sales, and ensuring seamless delivery of travel-related services, with a strong focus on hotel bookings and partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead corporate client engagement and develop strategic sales plans for hotel bookings and related travel services.
  • Drive B2B sales by acquiring, managing, and growing corporate accounts within the hotel segment.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with key business clients to maximize revenue and retention.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (operations, customer support, finance, etc.) to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
  • Identify new business opportunities through market research, trend analysis, and competitor benchmarking.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to enhance service offerings and improve market positioning.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and optimize processes to achieve business targets.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 6+ years of experience in sales operations, preferably in hotel sales, travel, or BPO industry.
  • Proven track record in B2B sales and corporate account management.
  • Strong understanding of hotel booking systems and travel industry dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to analyze market data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
