Tour Coordinator

Specializing in road trips, Himalayan treks, and cultural meetups, our focus is on making travel safe, accessible, and enriching for all. Whether it's camping under the stars in the Himalayas, bonding over bonfire experiences, or sharing travel stories in interactive meetups, we create avenues for individuals to connect and explore the world around them.

We are seeking a Tour Coordinator for a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. The Tour Coordinator will manage day-to-day tour operations, including planning and organizing trips, coordinating itineraries, and supervising guided tours. Responsibilities include ensuring exceptional customer service, addressing traveler needs, coordinating with vendors, and supporting team operations. Additionally, the Tour Coordinator will assist in marketing tours, communicating with clients, and managing events and activities to create memorable travel experiences.

• Proficiency in Guided Tours, including creating itineraries and managing tour schedules
• Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to build rapport with travelers and address concerns
• Experience in Event Management and coordinating activities or logistics for group events
• Knowledge in Sales, including promoting travel packages and converting inquiries into bookings
• Strong organizational skills, ability to multitask, and work effectively in a team environment
• Flexibility to work on-site in Noida and adjust to changing schedules or travel demands
• Passion for travel and willingness to occasionally travel with groups, including during weekends or holidays
