Role:
- Client Engagement: Build and nurture relationships with clients through active communication via email, phone, chat, and social media. Handle client communications on social media platforms, engaging with clients and addressing their queries promptly and professionally.
- Sales Facilitation: Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs, offer recommendations, and facilitate sales.
- Product Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of Claymen's pieces, materials, and craftsmanship to effectively communicate the unique value proposition to clients.
- Creative Problem Solving: Address customer inquiries and concerns with a creative and solution-oriented approach, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Communication Excellence: Possess exceptional English speaking and writing skills to effectively communicate with clients and represent the brand's voice.
- Sales Planning and Execution: Collaborate with the team to develop and implement sales tactics that drive customer engagement and revenue growth.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, marketing, and production teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and achieve business objectives. Oversee the maintenance of the online store, ensuring information is accurate and up-to-date. Collaborate with the team to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
- Brand Advocacy: Act as a passionate advocate for the Claymen brand, embodying its values and aesthetics in all interactions.
Ideal Candidate:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer relations, preferably in the luxury retail sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
