We are hiring a Senior Digital Marketing Expert for a full-time Work From Home role. This is a long-term opportunity with one of our growing technology clients.

The role is best suited for a performance-driven digital marketer who can manage paid campaigns, improve lead quality, and track results clearly.

About The Role

In this role, you will plan, run, and improve digital campaigns across Google, Meta, and other online platforms.

You must have strong hands-on experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads. Also, you should understand lead generation, campaign tracking, basic SEO, and UGC/content marketing.

Most importantly, you should be able to show real campaign results through reports, dashboards, screenshots, or case studies.

Key Responsibilities

  • You will plan and manage Google Ads campaigns, including Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max, and lead generation campaigns.
  • You will also manage Meta Ads across Facebook and Instagram for leads, traffic, engagement, retargeting, and conversions.
  • In addition, you will monitor campaign performance and take action to improve results.
  • You will work on keyword research, audience targeting, negative keywords, ad copy testing, creative testing, and landing page suggestions.
  • You will also set up and review tracking using GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, UTM links, and conversion tracking.
  • Along with paid ads, you will support basic SEO tasks such as keyword research, on-page suggestions, content planning, and Search Console review.
  • You may also help with UGC/content ideas such as reels, testimonials, ad creatives, content briefs, and performance-focused creatives.
  • Finally, you will prepare clear campaign reports with insights, results, and next-step recommendations.

Preferred Background

Candidates from advertising agencies will be preferred.

However, candidates from real estate marketing, product-based companies, SaaS, technology companies, hospitality technology, or lead-generation businesses can also apply.

Candidate Requirements

  • You should have at least 6+ years of relevant digital marketing experience.
  • You must have strong hands-on experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads.
  • You should have managed paid campaigns independently.
  • Also, you must understand CPL, lead quality, conversion tracking, ROI, and campaign optimization.
  • You should be able to share campaign samples, reports, dashboards, case studies, landing pages, ad creatives, or sanitized proof of work.
  • Basic SEO knowledge is required.
  • UGC or content marketing exposure will be an added advantage.
  • You must be comfortable working full-time from home.
  • You should also be disciplined, proactive, and ready for regular performance tracking.
