Role Description The Google Ads & Meta Ads Specialist will manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram) to drive qualified traffic, leads, and conversions. This full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Delhi Area includes daily responsibilities such as keyword and audience research, campaign setup, bid and budget management, ad copy and creative collaboration, and continuous performance monitoring. The specialist will analyze campaign data, generate clear performance reports, and recommend actionable improvements to maximize ROI. The role will also involve A/B testing, tracking implementation with tools such as Google Analytics and Meta Pixel, and staying up to date with platform updates and best practices. Collaboration with account managers, designers, and content teams is essential to ensure campaigns align with client goals and brand guidelines.
Qualifications
  • Proficiency in managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns, including Search, Display, and YouTube, with a strong focus on performance and ROI.
  • Hands-on experience running Meta Ads across Facebook and Instagram, including audience targeting, retargeting, and conversion-focused campaigns.
  • Ability to conduct in-depth keyword and audience research, develop campaign structures, and align ad strategies with client objectives.
  • Strong analytical skills using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and platform dashboards to interpret data and optimize campaigns.
  • Skill in crafting and testing ad copy, basic understanding of creative best practices, and ability to collaborate effectively with design and content teams.
  • Familiarity with broader digital marketing concepts, including SEO, landing page optimization, and conversion rate optimization.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain performance insights and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Organized, detail-oriented working style with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in performance marketing.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Blueprint) and experience in an agency environment
