Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Google Ads Expert based in Bengaluru. The Google Ads Expert will plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, YouTube, and other relevant networks to achieve defined performance and ROI targets. Responsibilities include conducting keyword research, writing and testing ad copy, setting up audience and bid strategies, optimizing campaigns based on performance data, and managing budgets to maximize results. The role involves regular monitoring of campaign metrics, preparing performance reports, identifying opportunities for scaling, and collaborating with the agency’s account management and creative teams to align campaigns with client goals. The Google Ads Expert will also stay current with Google Ads best practices, new features, and industry trends to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
Qualifications
  • Strong skills in Digital Marketing and Online Marketing, with proven hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns for performance-oriented clients.
  • Ability to leverage Web Analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, conversion tracking) to measure, interpret, and optimize campaign performance.
  • Experience integrating Google Ads with Social Media Marketing strategies to support cohesive, multi-channel campaigns.
  • Excellent Communication skills for collaborating with internal teams and clients, and for presenting campaign insights and recommendations clearly.
  • Solid understanding of CPC, CPA, ROAS, quality score, and other key paid search metrics; experience with A/B testing and landing page optimization is beneficial.
  • Prior agency experience or work with multiple client accounts is preferred; Google Ads and Google Analytics certifications are a strong advantage.
  • Relevant bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience; ability to work on-site in Bengaluru on a full-time schedule.
