Role Description The Senior Corporate Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai, responsible for driving corporate business growth for Uniscans & Labs. The role involves identifying and pursuing new corporate partnerships, managing sales pipelines, and conducting regular meetings and presentations with potential and existing clients. Daily tasks include planning and executing sales strategies, coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery, preparing proposals and commercial agreements, and monitoring sales performance against targets. The Senior Corporate Sales Manager will also maintain strong relationships with key corporate accounts, address client concerns promptly, and provide market feedback to management to refine offerings and improve customer experience.
Qualifications

  • Demonstrated ability in Sales and Sales Operations, including planning, reporting, and achieving revenue targets.
  • Strong skills in Account Management and Customer Service, with a focus on building and sustaining long-term corporate relationships.
  • Experience in Lead Generation, prospecting, and converting corporate opportunities into successful partnerships.
  • Proven track record in corporate or B2B sales, preferably in healthcare, diagnostics, or related services.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with comfort working with sales data and metrics.
  • Ability to work on-site in Chennai, travel locally for client meetings, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field; an advanced degree or relevant certifications are an advantage.
