Fabriclore supplies to over 500 fashion brands/businesses across India and other international markets with a 200+ supplier network, managed by our teams across Jaipur, NCR, Surat, Mumbai and Ichalkaranji.

We’re looking for a Product Manager who can identify & crystalize product opportunities and bridge business needs with technology, shaping digital products that enhance user experience, efficiency, and scalability, for a global audience.

Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused sales professional to lead sales from Fabriclore's Experience Studio. The role involves managing walk-in and appointment-based customers, understanding their sourcing requirements, delivering consultative product recommendations, and converting inquiries into long-term business relationships. The ideal candidate should have strong textile knowledge, excellent interpersonal skills, and a proven ability to drive revenue through a premium customer experience.  

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily sales operations of the Experience Studio.
  • Engage with walk-in customers, designers, boutique owners, fashion brands, exporters, and B2B buyers.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable fabrics, swatches, and sourcing solutions.
  • Deliver a premium and consultative buying experience that drives customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Convert inquiries into confirmed orders while achieving monthly sales targets.
Customer Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and prospective customers.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups on quotations, sampling, and pending orders.
  • Resolve customer concerns promptly while ensuring high service standards.
  • Generate repeat business through relationship-driven selling.
  • Stay updated on textile trends, customer preferences, and market developments.


Coordination & Operations
  • Coordinate with sourcing, merchandising, production, logistics, and customer success teams to ensure smooth order execution.
  • Maintain accurate customer records, sales pipeline, and order updates in the CRM/ERP system.
  • Ensure the Experience Studio is well-maintained, organized, and delivers a premium customer experience.
Reporting & Performance
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
  • Prepare sales reports, customer feedback, and business insights for management.
  • Contribute ideas to improve customer engagement, studio performance, and sales conversions.


Preferred Qualification
  • Bachelor's degree in Textile, Fashion, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience in fabric sourcing, textile merchandising, fashion retail, or experience center/studio sales will be preferred.
