Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Officer based in Karnal, Assandh, Indri, Nissing, Gharaunda,Panipat. The Sales Officer will be responsible for generating leads, managing the sales process, building and maintaining relationships with channel partners and customers, ensuring excellent customer service, and achieving sales targets. This position involves cultivating customer trust and identifying opportunities to promote housing loan products tailored to client needs.

Qualifications
- Ability to perform Lead Generation and Sales Operations effectively
- Skilled in Channel Sales with a focus on building and maintaining strong relationships with partners
- Strong Communication and Customer Service capabilities
- Proven experience meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of the affordable housing or finance industry is an advantage
- Self-motivated with an ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field is preferred
