Role Description

The Sales Officer is a full-time on-site role based in Chennai. The role involves generating new leads, cultivating client relationships, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales and revenue growth. The Sales Officer will work closely with channel partners, manage sales operations, and ensure achievement of business targets aligned with company goals.


Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Customer Service to understand and address client needs effectively
  • Proficiency in Lead Generation and ability to identify new business opportunities
  • Excellent Communication skills for building rapport and maintaining client relationships
  • Experience in Sales Operations and Channel Sales to optimize the sales process and manage partnerships
  • Target-driven with the ability to achieve sales goals consistently
  • Knowledge of financial products and services is an advantage
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field preferred
