Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Regional Sales Manager/Area Sales Manager/Area Sales Executive/Senior Sales Officer based in Ahmedabad, with flexibility to work remotely as required. The role involves achieving sales targets, managing and developing relationships with distributors, identifying new business opportunities, and expanding the market presence. Responsibilities also include overseeing daily sales operations, monitoring performance metrics, and implementing strategies to improve revenue growth and customer satisfaction. Additionally, candidates will provide guidance and training to the sales team and report regularly on market trends and competitor analysis.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales management, business development, or distribution network management
  • Strong skills in communication, negotiation, and relationship building
  • Ability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and implement effective strategies
  • Experience in leadership, team management, and stakeholder engagement
  • Proficiency in using sales tracking systems, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office
  • Strong problem-solving skills and result-oriented approach
  • Knowledge of the regional market (Western and Central India) will be an advantage
  • Willingness to travel within assigned territories as needed
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
