Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Patna for a Field Officer / Sales Executive. In this role, the candidate will oversee field activities, build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, provide technical guidance on agricultural tools and equipment, and meet sales objectives related to agricultural machinery and solutions. The Field Officer / Sales Executive will also gather field insights to report trends, challenges, and opportunities to the management team, ensuring an effective connection between customer needs and organizational offerings.

- Capable of meeting sales objectives and strategizing market expansion in alignment with organizational goals.
- Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in sales, field operations, or agricultural engineering is an advantage.
- Readiness to travel locally and work in an on-site environment.
- Proficiency in local languages and understanding of regional agricultural practices will be beneficial.
