Role Description This is a full-time hybrid Sales Manager role based in Secunderābād, with flexibility for some work from home. The Sales Manager will lead the development of wholesale ecommerce sales strategies, identify and qualify new business opportunities, and manage relationships with key corporate and government clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing the sales pipeline, conducting online and in-person client meetings, preparing proposals and negotiations, and collaborating with marketing and product teams to align offerings with market needs. The role involves tracking performance metrics, forecasting revenue, and guiding the sales team to meet and exceed targets while promoting the value of wholesale ecommerce solutions.
Qualifications

  • Strong background in B2B sales, account management, and business development, preferably in ecommerce, digital platforms, or procurement solutions.
  • Experience in building and executing sales strategies, managing pipelines, and using CRM tools to track leads and conversions.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at multiple levels, including corporate and government clients.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes to identify growth opportunities.
  • Proven experience leading or mentoring sales teams, setting clear goals, and driving performance in a target-driven environment.
  • Comfort working in a hybrid model, coordinating effectively across onsite and remote settings, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field; an advanced degree or relevant certifications in sales or ecommerce are a plus.
  • Familiarity with online procurement processes, wholesale distribution, or public sector purchasing frameworks is advantageous.
