Role Description The Sales Manager role at Scrollwell is a full-time, on-site position based in Patna. The Sales Manager will oversee the end-to-end sales cycle, including prospecting educational institutions and training partners, conducting product presentations and demos, and closing deals aligned with company targets. This role involves building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients, identifying new market opportunities, and gathering feedback to refine offerings. The Sales Manager will collaborate closely with marketing and training teams to develop campaigns, coordinate workshops, and ensure smooth delivery of services. Daily responsibilities also include tracking sales performance, preparing reports, forecasting revenue, and ensuring a consistent pipeline of qualified leads.
Qualifications

Qualifications
- Strong sales and business development skills, including lead generation, pipeline management, and deal negotiation.
- Experience in client relationship management and account management, preferably within education, training, or related sectors.
- Proficiency in communication and presentation, with the ability to explain solutions clearly to diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze sales data, prepare reports, and use CRM or sales tools to manage opportunities and performance.
- Proven ability to work toward targets, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple opportunities in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience in on-site field sales or institutional sales in Patna or similar markets is an advantage.
- Comfort with digital tools and platforms used in training and education; understanding of EdTech or skill development is a plus.
