Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Associate role based in Ahmedabad. The Business Development Associate will identify and generate leads, build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients, and support the development of new business opportunities. The role includes conducting market research to understand client needs and industry trends, preparing and delivering presentations to showcase ConsultupIndia’s services, and collaborating with internal teams to develop proposals and growth strategies. The associate will also track business development activities, report on performance, and contribute to continuous improvement of processes to drive client acquisition and retention.
Qualifications
  • Candidates should possess strong presentation skills and experience creating and delivering impactful presentations.
  • Candidates should possess lead generation abilities, including prospecting, qualifying leads, and managing a basic sales pipeline.
  • Candidates should possess market research skills to analyze industries, competitors, and customer needs.
  • Candidates should possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Basic understanding of startup and MSME ecosystems, and interest in entrepreneurship and business growth.
  • Proficiency with productivity and CRM tools, and comfort with data-driven decision-making.
