The company produces a wide variety of digital ceramic floor tiles, digital wall tiles, polished glazed vitrified tiles, and double charge vitrified tiles. With a strong focus on quality, design, and durability, Icon serves both domestic and international markets.

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role based in Morbi. The Sales Manager will oversee sales operations, manage key customer relationships, and drive revenue growth for Icon’s product portfolio. The role involves identifying new market opportunities, visiting clients and distributors, conducting product presentations, and collecting market feedback.

Qualifications

• Strong sales, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills, ideally within building materials, ceramics, or related industries.
• Experience in North India market in building materials
• Ability to conduct market research, analyze sales data, and develop effective sales strategies.
• Proficiency in communication and presentation skills for working with clients, distributors, and internal stakeholders.
• Proven experience in field sales or regional sales management; export sales experience is an advantage.
• Must be flexible for business travel in the country
