Job Title: Corporate Sales Relationship Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a result-oriented and client-focused Corporate Sales Relationship Manager to drive B2B sales for corporate gifting solutions. The role involves managing corporate accounts, understanding client gifting requirements, presenting customized solutions, negotiating commercial terms, and closing deals efficiently.
The ideal candidate should have prior experience in the gifting industry with strong corporate connections and a proven track record in key account management and business development.
Key Responsibilities
Corporate Sales & Business Development
- Generate new business opportunities in the corporate gifting segment.
- Identify and approach potential corporate clients for bulk gifting requirements.
- Drive B2B sales through relationship building and consultative selling.
Client Relationship Management
- Understand client requirements for festive gifting, employee rewards, events, conferences, and promotional campaigns.
- Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with key corporate accounts.
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
Solution Selling
- Present suitable gifting solutions, product catalogs, and customized proposals.
- Recommend products based on budget, timelines, and branding needs.
- Coordinate with internal teams for sampling, customization, and execution.
Negotiation & Closures
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and commercial agreements.
- Close deals within defined timelines and revenue targets.
- Ensure repeat business and upselling opportunities.
Account Management
- Manage key accounts and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Track client orders, deliveries, and post-sales service.
- Resolve escalations and maintain service excellence.
Candidate Requirements
- Experience in Corporate Gifting Industry is mandatory.
- Strong B2B sales and client management experience.
- Existing network of HR, Admin, Procurement, and Corporate Decision Makers preferred.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Ability to handle bulk order sales cycles.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
