We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Executive to drive international business growth for our managed infrastructure and cloud services portfolio. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B IT services sales, a passion for building client relationships, and a proven track record of achieving revenue targets in global markets.


Key Responsibilities


  • Generate qualified leads through outbound prospecting, networking, and market research.
  • Conduct discovery calls to understand client requirements and identify business opportunities.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with international clients.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, sales pipelines, and activity reports.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Collaborate with internal technical and delivery teams to develop tailored client solutions.


Required Experience


  • 2–5 years of experience in B2B IT services sales or business development.
  • Proven experience selling one or more of the following:
  • Managed Services
  • Cloud Services
  • Infrastructure Services
  • Web Hosting
  • DevOps Solutions
  • Cybersecurity Solutions
  • Microsoft Solutions
  • Exposure to international markets such as the US, UK, Europe, Australia, or the Middle East is preferred.


Preferred Skills


  • Strong B2B IT services sales and business development experience.
  • Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong negotiation and consultative selling abilities.
  • Experience managing end-to-end sales pipelines.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Zoho CRM, or similar tools.
  • Experience using sales prospecting platforms like LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Apollo.
  • Ability to understand technical solutions and effectively communicate their business value.
  • Strong networking, relationship management, and account management skills.
