ADM Solar supplies modules to leading EPCs, project developers, and government organizations and is expanding toward 2.4GW module and 2.4GW cell manufacturing capacity by FY 2025–26 on a 90-acre facility. By partnering with government agencies, EPC leaders, and channel partners, ADM Solar powers commercial, industrial, and grid-scale solar projects nationwide, with a strong focus on precision manufacturing and execution reliability. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role based in Faridabad. The Sales Manager will lead and grow sales for solar PV modules and infrastructure solutions, including identifying new business opportunities, managing key accounts, and building strong relationships with EPC firms, project developers, government bodies, and channel partners. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies, preparing and presenting proposals, negotiating contracts, forecasting sales, and meeting revenue and margin targets. The Sales Manager will collaborate closely with manufacturing, project, and finance teams to ensure accurate pricing, timely delivery, and customer satisfaction, while tracking market trends and competitor activities to refine go-to-market plans. The role also involves mentoring sales team members, implementing disciplined sales processes, and representing ADM Solar at industry events and client meetings.
Qualifications

  • Strong sales, business development, and account management skills within solar, renewable energy, or infrastructure sectors.
  • Experience in B2B sales, especially with EPCs, project developers, government organizations, and channel partners.
  • Ability to develop and execute sales strategies, manage pipelines, and achieve revenue and profitability targets.
  • Solid understanding of solar PV technologies, utility-scale project requirements, and certification/compliance frameworks.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills, with proficiency in preparing proposals and commercial offers.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools, sales reporting, and forecasting to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Proven ability to work on-site in a manufacturing/infrastructure environment and collaborate across technical and operations teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
