The team designs AI-driven workflows, CRM automation, hyper-personalized outreach, and human-governed processes that help clients scale their sales operations. Vara Tech has architected over 200 AI automation workflows on n8n, leading to measurable improvements in lead conversion rates and sales closures. The company works primarily with Zoho CRM and delivers end-to-end solutions, from lead intelligence to full outreach systems incorporating LinkedIn and calling layers. Vara Tech focuses on replacing manual, fragmented sales pipelines with integrated systems that run reliably and efficiently for clients.
Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Bengaluru East. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and qualifying B2B prospects, managing inbound and outbound leads, and nurturing relationships with decision-makers across SME and mid-market segments. Daily tasks include conducting discovery calls, presenting Vara Tech’s AI and sales automation solutions, preparing proposals, and managing the sales cycle from initial contact to closure. The role involves close collaboration with the marketing and operations teams to align outreach campaigns with client needs, maintain accurate records in CRM systems, and provide feedback on market trends. The Sales Executive will also be expected to meet and exceed revenue targets, participate in pipeline review meetings, and represent Vara Tech at relevant industry events and client meetings.
Qualifications

  • Strong B2B sales skills, including prospecting, lead qualification, opportunity management, and deal closure.
  • Experience working with CRM platforms (preferably Zoho CRM) and comfort with using sales automation tools and AI-driven workflows.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical solutions in clear, business-focused language.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships, handle objections, and negotiate commercial terms effectively.
  • Analytical mindset, with skills in basic sales reporting, pipeline analysis, and using data to refine sales strategies.
  • Prior experience in SaaS, technology services, or B2B sales to SME and mid-market clients is highly beneficial.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment, with strong ownership, adaptability, and collaboration skills.
