Role Description This contract Field Sales Representative role is based in Noida in a hybrid model, combining on-site client visits with some work-from-home flexibility. The role involves identifying and engaging potential customers for Priodemy’s software solutions, conducting in-person meetings and product demonstrations, and communicating the value of the company’s ecosystem across education, productivity, and enterprise offerings. The Field Sales Representative will be responsible for managing a regional sales pipeline, following up on leads, negotiating terms within defined guidelines, and closing deals to meet or exceed sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include building relationships with institutions and businesses, gathering market feedback, collaborating with internal teams to refine sales strategies, and maintaining accurate records in CRM tools. The role also requires regular reporting on sales activities, participation in local events or demos, and representing Priodemy professionally in all external interactions.

Qualifications
- Strong field sales and business development skills, including lead generation, client outreach, and negotiation.
- Experience in relationship management, customer engagement, and account servicing in B2B or institutional sales.
- Ability to understand and explain technology products, with comfort discussing software, AI-enabled tools, and digital platforms.
- Solid communication and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to educators, businesses, and technical stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage territory-based work, travel schedules, and hybrid on-site/remote responsibilities.
- Proficiency with CRM or sales tracking tools, basic productivity software, and online collaboration platforms.
- Prior experience in edtech, SaaS, or technology sales is beneficial.
- Relevant diploma or degree in business, marketing, technology, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
