Responsibilities
- Generate leads & acquire new clients.
- Develop & execute sales strategies.
- Build & maintain client relationships.
- Conduct market research & identify opportunities.
- Prepare proposals & negotiate contracts.
- Coordinate with operations for smooth service.
- Maintain sales reports & update management.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Logistics.
- 1-3 years of sales/business development experience (preferably in logistics).
- Strong sales & negotiation skills with a proven track record.
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently & manage multiple clients.
- Proficiency in MS Office & CRM tools.
- Willingness to travel within Pune & nearby regions.
- Knowledge of logistics & Pune market.
- Experience in contract negotiation & B2B sales.
- Familiarity with sales automation tools.
