Role Description

This full-time, on-site Sales Executive position is based in Mysuru. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, achieving sales targets, and presenting tailored solar solutions to meet client needs. The role involves preparing sales reports, providing product demonstrations, and coordinating with the technical team to ensure smooth project execution. The candidate will also be responsible for staying updated on industry trends and contributing to SunCore Energy's mission of sustainable growth.


Qualifications

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills with the ability to identify and convert leads into customers
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal abilities, and customer service orientation
  • Basic understanding of renewable energy products, especially solar energy solutions, is preferred
  • Ready to travel localy and other nearby cities for meeting customers
  • 2 wheeler is must(travel expences will be covered by us)
  • Language-Kannada, English, & Hindi(optional)
  • Salary will be as per market

Standards, with incentives and food, travel allowance

  • Organizational and reporting skills to manage client accounts and sales performance tracking
  • Proficiency with tools like CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and meet deadlines
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Experience in the energy or renewable energy industry is a significant advantage
