Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications & Experience

Domain & Business Responsibilities
Demonstrate deep understanding of Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Logistics, Sourcing, and Quality processes.
Own and manage end-to-end business process understanding, ensuring systems and technology solutions effectively support business objectives.
Lead requirements gathering, analysis, documentation, and validation, including business use cases and functional specifications.
Act as a bridge between business users and technical teams to ensure alignment and clarity.
Technical Responsibilities (Hands-on Understanding)

Work with data engineering teams on data mapping, cleansing, validation, and loading of master and transactional data.
Understand and guide system integrations, including APIs, middleware, and EDI-based interfaces.
Define and validate reports, dashboards, and KPIs; working knowledge of SQL and BI tools is a plus.
Manage projects involving AI/ML and Data Science solutions, including development, deployment, and operationalization.
Lead testing activities, including test strategy, test case creation, UAT coordination, defect tracking, and resolution.
Demonstrate technical literacy, including basic understanding of databases, scripting or query writing, and system constraints.
Coordinate with infrastructure teams on system configuration and environment readiness.
Project & Program Delivery Responsibilities

Executive and operational status reports
Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate risks and dependencies.
Ensure adherence to quality assurance standards and manage post–go-live support and stabilization.
Interpersonal & Leadership Responsibilities

Communicate clearly and effectively with senior stakeholders, business users, technical teams, and vendors.
Drive stakeholder alignment, expectation management, and negotiation across functions.
Lead, guide, and influence development teams without direct authority.
Support end-user training, change adoption, and coaching.
Demonstrate strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.
Maintain a customer-focused, service-oriented mindset.
Adapt quickly to evolving requirements, priorities, and technologies.
Exhibit strong time management, multitasking, and ownership.
Show initiative and a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager or Program Manager in supply chain, manufacturing, or related enterprise domains.
Strong exposure to data platforms, integrations, analytics, and digital transformation initiatives.
