Role Description

This is an on-site internship role for a Human Resources Assistant Intern, located in Gurugram. The intern will assist with various HR tasks, including maintaining employee records, supporting HRIS data entry, administering employee benefits, and coordinating training programs. Additional responsibilities may include providing support for HR management activities such as onboarding, recruitment, and employee engagement initiatives.

Qualifications
  • Experience with Human Resources (HR) functions, such as recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement
  • Familiarity with HR Management systems and processes
  • Knowledge of Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and the ability to maintain accurate data
  • Understanding of Benefits Administration and the ability to assist with benefits-related queries
  • Support and interest in developing or delivering employee training programs
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant tools
  • Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field is preferred
