We are currently looking for an experienced Sales Closer who can take ownership of high-value sales conversations and convert qualified opportunities into long-term client partnerships.
This is not a transactional sales role. We are seeking a consultative sales professional with exceptional communication skills, strong commercial acumen, and a proven track record of closing high-ticket B2B service deals. The ideal candidate has experience selling integrated marketing and growth solutions to international clients and can confidently engage with founders, executives, and senior decision-makers to understand complex business challenges and position Navaan as a strategic growth partner.

About the Role:
As a Sales Closer at Navaan, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by converting qualified leads into long-term client partnerships. You will engage with international prospects, identify their business and marketing challenges, and position Navaan's integrated marketing and growth solutions as strategic investments that deliver measurable business impact.
This role is ideal for professionals who excel in consultative, relationship-driven sales and possess a strong understanding of how businesses scale through effective marketing and customer acquisition. We're looking for someone who can confidently lead high-value conversations with founders, CEOs, CMOs, and senior decision-makers while recommending customised growth strategies aligned with each client's objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with qualified leads generated by the outreach and marketing teams and convert them into long-term paying clients.
- Conduct consultative discovery calls to understand client goals, business challenges, and growth objectives.
- Present tailored integrated marketing and growth solutions that align with each client's business objectives.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from initial consultation through proposal development, negotiation, and successful closure.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with founders, business owners, and senior decision-makers across international markets.
- Collaborate closely with internal strategy and delivery teams to ensure a seamless transition following deal closure.
- Maintain accurate records of all client interactions, pipeline stages, and sales activities.
- Consistently achieve and exceed revenue and conversion targets while maintaining a consultative, relationship-first approach.
- Stay informed about global marketing trends, emerging business opportunities, and Navaan's evolving service offerings.
What You'll Need:
- 4–6 years of experience in B2B sales, agency sales, or business development with a proven track record of closing high-ticket service-based deals.
- Mandatory experience working with and selling to international clients, particularly across the US, UK, Europe, Middle East, or APAC markets.
- Prior experience selling integrated marketing, branding, digital, or growth solutions.
- Strong understanding of consultative B2B sales and solution-based selling.
- Excellent English communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience engaging with founders, CEOs, CMOs, and senior business leaders.
- A structured, process-oriented approach to pipeline management and deal closure.
- Comfortable working remotely and collaborating across North America, EMEA, and APAC time zones.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience working in an international agency, consulting firm, or global service-based business.
- Strong understanding of global buyer behaviour and cross-cultural communication.
- Experience selling to startups, scale-ups, and established businesses across international markets.
- Ability to position integrated marketing and growth solutions as long-term business investments with measurable outcomes.
