Role Description The Sales and Marketing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Chandigarh. This role involves identifying and engaging potential university, corporate, and individual clients, managing leads, and converting prospects through consultative sales approaches. The specialist will develop and execute marketing campaigns, support digital and offline promotional activities, and collaborate with internal teams to position training programs effectively. Daily tasks include client communication, conducting product presentations or demos, maintaining CRM records, and preparing sales reports and forecasts. The role also includes coordinating with training teams for smooth program delivery, gathering client feedback, and contributing to continuous improvement of sales and marketing strategies.
Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage clients, build relationships, and provide clear information about training solutions.
  • Proven ability in Sales and Sales Management, including lead generation, pipeline management, negotiation, and achieving revenue targets.
  • Experience in Training or education-focused environments, with the ability to understand learning solutions and articulate value to stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of basic marketing principles and comfort working with digital channels (social media, email campaigns, events) is beneficial.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills, with proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and adapt to a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.
  • Prior experience in EdTech, corporate training, or academic partnerships is an advantage.
