Role Description The Experience Sales Specialist is a full-time remote role responsible for promoting SkillSparx Technology’s learning programs and driving enrollment through consultative sales conversations. Day-to-day tasks include engaging prospective learners via calls, messages, and virtual meetings, understanding their career goals, and recommending suitable programs based on their needs. The specialist will manage the full sales cycle from lead qualification to closing, maintain accurate records in CRM tools, and follow up with prospects to ensure a high-quality experience. The role also involves collaborating with training and product teams to stay informed about program updates, sharing learner feedback, and contributing to continuous improvement of the sales process.
Qualifications

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage diverse learners and respond to inquiries with clarity and empathy.
- Candidates should possess Sales and Sales Management skills to handle lead conversion, pipeline management, and achievement of enrollment targets.
- Candidates should possess Training-related skills to explain program structures, guide learners through onboarding, and support informed decision-making.
- Candidates should ideally have experience in EdTech, education, or related industries, with familiarity using CRM systems and virtual collaboration tools.
- Candidates should demonstrate goal-oriented mindset, ability to work independently in a remote environment, and strong organizational and time management skills.
- A bachelor’s degree in business, education, communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
