Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist based in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar. The specialist will promote Global Criticare Ambulance Services to hospitals, clinics, healthcare providers, and community organizations, building awareness of emergency road ambulance offerings. Daily responsibilities include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, conducting sales presentations, and coordinating promotional activities and campaigns. The role involves responding to inquiries, providing detailed service information to potential clients, and gathering feedback to help refine marketing strategies. The specialist will collaborate with operations and management teams to ensure consistent messaging and support training initiatives related to service promotion.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with healthcare partners, patients’ families, and internal teams.
- Candidates should possess solid Sales and Sales Management skills to generate leads, close deals, and manage accounts in a structured way.
- Candidates should possess Training skills to educate partners and staff on service offerings, processes, and benefits.
- Candidates should have knowledge of basic marketing practices, including local outreach, promotion, and brand positioning in healthcare or emergency services.
- Candidates should demonstrate the ability to work on-site, travel locally as needed, and maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
- Relevant experience in healthcare services, emergency response, or ambulance services is an advantage.
- A diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field is preferred, along with proficiency in common office and CRM software.
