Role Description The Sales and Marketing Specialist role at Crystal Beverages is a full-time, on-site position based in Rajkot. The specialist will identify and develop new business opportunities, manage relationships with existing customers, and promote customized bottled water solutions to various market segments. Daily tasks include conducting sales presentations, following up on leads, preparing proposals, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment. The role also involves planning and executing marketing campaigns, supporting promotional activities, and providing product training and information to clients and team members. The specialist will collaborate with management to achieve sales targets and enhance brand visibility in the region.
Qualifications

Qualifications
- Strong Communication skills for presentations, client interactions, and internal coordination
- Customer Service skills to manage client inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain long-term relationships
- Sales skills to generate leads, close deals, and meet or exceed sales targets
- Training and Sales Management skills to guide team members and support structured sales processes
- Experience in FMCG, beverages, or related industries is an advantage
- Ability to work on-site in Rajkot and travel locally as needed
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and CRM tools
- Diploma or degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
