Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales and Marketing Specialist role based in the Greater Delhi Area. The specialist will manage and grow customer accounts, conduct sales calls and visits, and present technical product solutions tailored to client needs. Responsibilities include developing and executing sales and marketing plans, preparing proposals and quotations, coordinating product demonstrations, and supporting trade shows or industry events. The role also involves maintaining CRM records, analyzing market trends, creating sales reports, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure high-quality customer service. The specialist will provide training and product information to customers and distributors, while consistently working toward sales targets and business development objectives.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written interaction with customers and internal teams.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service skills, with a focus on building long-term relationships and responding effectively to client needs.
- Candidates should possess Sales skills, including prospecting, lead qualification, negotiation, and closing deals.
- Candidates should possess Sales Management and Training skills, such as supporting sales processes, guiding team members, and delivering product or sales training.
- Relevant experience in industrial equipment, manufacturing, or B2B technical sales is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in the Greater Delhi Area, manage field visits, and travel to customer locations as needed.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills, with proficiency in basic office software and CRM tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
