Systems that don’t just generate leads but identify, qualify, and move them toward a sale. Because in this space, traffic means nothing if it doesn’t turn into actual revenue. We design end-to-end pipelines that combine demand generation, automated lead qualification, and structured follow-up so your sales team only speaks to serious buyers. We work with distributors and wholesalers in the home improvement space who are tired of inconsistent sales and want a model that actually compounds.
Role Description
This role focuses on identifying and engaging potential clients in the home improvement sector, presenting Evolve Media House’s customer acquisition systems, and nurturing relationships through structured follow-up. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting outreach via calls, emails, maintaining accurate records of interactions, and coordinating with internal teams to align outreach efforts with ongoing campaigns and sales initiatives. The Outreach Specialist will also gather market insights, support lead qualification activities, and ensure that prospects are guided smoothly through the pipeline toward scheduled consultations and potential partnerships. Performance in this role is directly tied to commission-based earnings, rewarding proactive and results-driven outreach.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Writing skills to engage prospects clearly, present value propositions, and document outreach activities effectively.
- Research abilities to identify target companies, understand market dynamics, and tailor outreach strategies to the needs of home improvement brands.
- Proven ability to work in a performance-driven environment with a focus on meeting and exceeding outreach and conversion targets.
- Basic familiarity with CRM tools or sales tracking software and willingness to learn new digital systems used for lead management.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple outreach campaigns simultaneously.
- Prior experience in sales, business development, or outreach within B2B or home improvement-related industries is an advantage.
Compensation breakdown
- Commission-based compensation with uncapped earning potential.
- Attractive incentives for achieving appointment and revenue milestones.
- Performance-based growth opportunities into SDR, Business Development, or Sales Management roles.
- For each qualified deal the commission would be between $800 - $1300
