Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Coordinator (B2B & B2C Sales) based in Ahmedabad. The Sales Coordinator will assist in managing inbound and outbound sales inquiries, support the sales team with proposal preparation, and coordinate follow-ups with prospective residential and commercial customers. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate sales records, updating CRM or tracking tools, scheduling meetings and site visits, and ensuring timely communication between customers, sales executives, and technical teams. The role involves handling basic customer queries about solar solutions, subsidies, and installation processes, and providing clear, professional responses. The Sales Coordinator will also help prepare sales reports and support marketing or outreach activities aligned with business development goals.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in Sales Coordination and Sales Operations to support day-to-day sales processes and documentation.
- Candidates should possess skills in Sales for engaging prospective customers, understanding requirements, and contributing to conversions.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to handle inquiries, explain solutions clearly, and maintain positive client relationships.
- Basic knowledge or interest in solar energy solutions and renewables is beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field is preferred; freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad, manage multiple tasks, and use common office and CRM software efficiently.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive, learning-oriented mindset.
