Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist based in Silvassa. The specialist will manage and grow B2B customer accounts, conduct regular client visits, and present product offerings such as aluminum foil, tissue, cling film, and garbage bags. Daily responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, following up on leads, preparing quotations, negotiating pricing, and closing sales. The role also involves coordinating marketing activities, gathering market insights, maintaining accurate sales records, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction. The specialist will provide basic product training to customers and support continuous improvement in sales processes.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage professionally with B2B clients and address their needs effectively.
  • Candidates should possess Sales and Sales Management skills to drive revenue, manage pipelines, and achieve targets in a wholesale environment.
  • Candidates should possess Training skills to explain product features, usage, and benefits to customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Relevant experience in B2B sales, wholesale or FMCG distribution, especially in packaging or related products, is beneficial.
  • Ability to work on-site in Silvassa, manage field visits, and build long-term client relationships.
  • Basic proficiency in using spreadsheets, CRM tools, and reporting systems for sales tracking.
  • Minimum of a diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
