Role Description The Sales and Marketing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Hosur. This role involves identifying and approaching potential customers, presenting products or services, and managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing. The specialist will support marketing campaigns, participate in promotional activities, and help develop strategies to increase brand visibility and revenue. Daily tasks include handling customer inquiries, providing product information, maintaining accurate records of sales activities, and preparing regular reports on performance and market trends. The role also includes collaborating with internal teams, assisting in training sessions for sales staff, and ensuring consistent customer service standards.
Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
- Candidates should possess solid Sales and Sales Management skills to drive revenue, manage pipelines, and achieve targets.
- Candidates should possess Training skills to support onboarding, coaching, and performance improvement for sales staff.
- Relevant experience in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably in a similar industry or regional market.
- Ability to work on-site in Hosur, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfort with basic MS Office tools and CRM or sales tracking software is beneficial.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
