Role Description This part-time, on-site Sales and Marketing Specialist role is based in Chennai. The specialist will identify and qualify leads, present Brevia Tech’s digital solutions, and manage the sales pipeline from initial contact to closing opportunities. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research, supporting marketing campaigns, engaging prospects through calls, meetings, and events, and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential clients. The role involves collaborating with the delivery and marketing teams to align sales messaging with services, preparing sales materials and presentations, and providing post-sale support to ensure client satisfaction and retention. The specialist will also track performance metrics, provide regular reports, and contribute ideas to improve sales processes and marketing strategies.
Qualifications

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage clients effectively and build long-term relationships.
- Candidates should possess Sales and Sales Management skills to manage pipelines, negotiate deals, and drive revenue growth.
- Candidates should possess Training skills to educate clients and internal team members on Brevia Tech’s solutions and value propositions.
- Candidates should have familiarity with digital products or services such as web development, apps, UI/UX, and digital marketing.
- Candidates should demonstrate proficiency in basic CRM tools, lead tracking, and sales reporting.
- Candidates should have strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and follow-through.
- Relevant academic background in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred, with prior experience in sales or marketing being an advantage.
