Role Description The Sales and Marketing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Umargam. This position is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing existing customer relationships, and promoting the company’s products and services to target markets. Day-to-day activities include conducting sales visits and presentations, responding to customer inquiries, preparing quotations, and coordinating follow-ups to close deals. The role also involves supporting marketing initiatives such as creating promotional materials, participating in industry events, and gathering market intelligence to refine sales strategies. The Specialist will collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery, customer satisfaction, and alignment between sales commitments and operational capabilities.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build trust, handle inquiries, and provide clear product information.
• Candidates should possess core Sales skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing, to drive revenue growth.
• Candidates should possess Sales Management and Training skills to support team performance, guide junior staff, and implement structured sales processes.
• Relevant skills in basic marketing activities, such as assisting with campaigns, supporting branding efforts, and gathering market feedback, are beneficial.
• A proven track record in industrial or manufacturing sales, along with familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office, is preferred.
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is advantageous.
• Ability to work on-site in Umargam, travel to customer locations as needed, and maintain an organized, results-focused approach.
