This is a full-time, on-site role as a Research And Development Specialist located in Bengaluru. The primary responsibilities include conducting scientific research to develop new products, improving existing products through innovative techniques, and implementing modern laboratory methodologies. The role also involves analyzing data, documenting outcomes, and effectively communicating findings with cross-functional teams to drive product development efforts and ensure that all formulated products align with quality and regulatory standards.

• Expertise in Research and Development (R&D) and experience with designing and executing experiments.
• Strong Analytical Skills to analyze data and interpret research findings accurately.
• Excellent Communication skills for clear documentation and effective collaboration with teams.
• Proficient Laboratory Skills, including working with advanced tools, equipment, and testing procedures.
• Ability to remain detail-oriented, organized, and work effectively in a multidisciplinary environment.
• Advanced degree (Master’s or Ph.D. preferred) in Life Sciences, Biochemistry, Food Science, or related fields.
• Familiarity with regulatory standards in product safety and formulation is a plus.
