Bgain Gateway Private Limited is seeking a dedicated full-time Research and Development (R&D) Specialist to join our on-site team in Hyderabad. The R&D Specialist will lead and execute research projects, conduct experiments, analyze data, and contribute to the development of innovative solutions. The role involves preparing detailed reports, staying updated on industry advancements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring projects to fruition. The specialist will also ensure compliance with relevant standards and maintain laboratory equipment for optimal project execution.

• Proficiency in Research and Development (R&D) and strong Research skills
• Excellent Analytical Skills for problem-solving, data interpretation, and trend analysis
• Strong Communication skills to effectively convey complex technical information to various stakeholders
• Hands-on Laboratory Skills for conducting experiments and managing lab operations
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
• Familiarity with industry trends and a proactive approach to innovation
• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Life Sciences, Chemistry, or Engineering
• Previous experience in research or product development is an advantage
