Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Vadodara for a Research and Development Specialist. The Specialist will be responsible for conducting research on chemical compounds and processes, developing and optimizing formulations, and performing laboratory experiments. The role includes analyzing data, preparing detailed reports, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and contributing to technology transfer and scale-up projects. The individual will support the development and implementation of sustainable, cost-effective methodologies aligned with company objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong Research and Development (R&D) and Research skills with the ability to innovate and contribute to the improvement of formulations and processes.
• Strong Analytical Skills to analyze experimental results, solve complex problems, and evaluate data effectively.
• Proficiency in Laboratory Skills, including laboratory instrumentation, experimental techniques, and chemical handling.
• Excellent Communication skills for preparing reports, documenting research findings, and collaborating with teams.
• Educational qualification in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field; a postgraduate degree is an advantage.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical or chemical industries is preferred.
